This class was very useful and taught me various ways to look at conflict and how to manage it in a positive way.

I really liked how she mentioned attitude in dealing with conflict and that if we showcase a better and positive attitude going into the situation then the relationship will go much deeper. This type of approach will build more productivity and willingness to build the trust between others no matter how hard it can be. This is truly when everyone will grow together as friends and coworkers 🙂

As a person who rarely deals with conflict, I found it very useful in being able to decipher conflict and the various steps to take in handling a negative situation with a positive and uplifting attitude.

A great takeaway: We must know what each other wants or needs and the desired outcome 🙂

This class provided many tools to use when dealing with conflict. I have had a few conflicts that have resulted in me leaving an employer or losing a friend. I feel that had I had the training prior they may have ended differently.

We face conflict on a daily basis, its how we deal with conflict that makes the difference!

i look forward to the continued learning!

For me, this class was both a reminder and refresher.

Something I heard toward the beginning has been sticking with me… I cannot let a member of my team fail and my team still win. Its not possible! All my life, I’ve heard a team is only as strong as its weakest link, but the above phrase is deeper than that. It certainly brought the point home in a positive & motivational manner.

A good reminder for me: Conflict is Natural! 🙂 Conflict Resolution builds TRUST.

In a nutshell, I’m thankful for the power of words and the power of listening. I left feeling enabled and empowered to push forward.
