Taking Flight is a great class, and I loved seeing all the smiling faces at our last one on July 15th! There was a lot of material covered for our newest team members, such as Rising Above For Excellence, our X factor and the 8 Principles of Flight. I remember feeling excited when I first took this class to learn about what sets Phoenix apart from other companies, and I felt grateful (still do!) to be part of a place that truly values its employees.
