Charlie was super excited about our very first “The Phoenix Way – Taking Care of Business” class that we had on February 10th. We had a full room, with many who were eager to learn more!
In the class, Terri discussed all of the tools that Leadership have available at their disposal. One of my favorite takeaways from this class was the very handy Work Plan & Monthly Discussions sheet! We also added a brand new tool to our Culture “Toolbox,” and discussed idyllic behaviors that will move us forward.
After you joined us in class, what are some tools that you have had success with in your teams? Or What was the biggest learning point that you got out of this class?
The Phoenix Tool Box
I Loved the insight and design of this class to promote the Phoenix tools to use in the toolbox to master my talents and increase my strength as a leader in Phoenix! I really feel this class has given me some great ideas and areas to work on as a Leader with my Team in my program. I am adding this one to my favorites in classes!
It would be fun to have a minni tool box with all these tools laminated in it to pull out in a seconds notice for those times we really need them in a pinch.

A mini tool box is a wonderful idea for quick reference. That could likely be arranged.. 🙂
