Soaring, Selling, and Serving (Go Giver)

I went to Soaring, Selling and Serving (Go Giver) on Nov. 8^th and 9^th and I must say this has been my favorite class thus far. I loved the message of we do not sell we add and create value this quote sums it up beautifully “Selling/Serving should never be about getting it is always about giving” and the outcome should always be a win for everyone.  I would have never thought that selling/adding value would be like farming, farmers plant the seeds and then by pulling weeds, watering, hard work, and love end with a product that will add value to another person; and fishing is just selling “looking for the sale/ getting them on the hook” only thinking about oneself and not the other person. I really had a shift in my thinking, and have really started looking at the big picture and making sure I am adding value every day.
